Meet your instructor
I have been practising yoga (on and off) for the past 25 years. I always come back to it.
In 2020 I qualified as a yoga teacher and completed my Level 1 Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga Teacher Training.
I have been SUPing in Jervis Bay for almost 10 years. I also kite surf and SUP surf.
I am an environmental advocate/enthusiast and love spending time in nature. I see dolphins frolicking in the bay regularly and it still always fascinates and uplifts me.
So the combination of SUP and yoga felt right immediately. And I want to share this amazing experience with everyone.
Yoga, including SUP yoga, is an inherently personal practice. While I provide instruction I also encourage everyone to turn inward to listen to ourselves.
I am triple vaccinated.
Protecting myself against COVID-19 was my way of showing love for the people in my community.

We try to leave the world a better place through what we do and how we do it. Its not a cliché, we lead by example:
· Our office is powered by renewable (solar) energy
· We avoid unnecessary travel, ride a bicycle or use public transport when possible, we have an electric vehicle 'fuelled' by renewable (solar) energy, and we offset our remaining travel emissions
· We only throw out what can’t be repurposed, recycled or composted.
